About Filter Compensation Cabinet
Demonstrated here is a type of active power filter. Its main components are imported from overseas manufacturers, including the American DSP chips, German EBM fans, German Infineon IGBT, and the high-frequency magnetic ring reactors. This product eliminates the harmonic wave of more than 95%, which contributes to the effective protection of electrical equipment.

This product is mainly composed of switch, filter inductor, filter capacitor and automatic controller. It will significantly increase the power factor to more than 0.99.

This product is primarily used to improve the quality of the power grid. Its medium features no loss of power. The product will continuously compensate for the reactive power. The response speed is extremely fast and can reach 1 millisecond.

By using an automatic controller, built-in discharge coil and anti-harmonic reactor, this product increases the power factor and controls the harmonic wave efficiently. It is especially suitable for heavy-duty equipment, such as variable-frequency drive, soft starter cabinet, and so forth.

Filter Compensation Equipment Production Workshop

The filter compensation unit production workshop occupies an area of 3,500 square meters. It incorporates three production lines for various filter reactors.

A stack of air gap and iron core of reactor forms a column which is made to undergo pouring and solidification. After that, it is installed on a core limb, and the upper and lower ends of the coil are fixed with resin blocks. Then the assembly of the high-pressure reactor is completed.

A high-voltage withstand tester is used to apply a voltage several times as high as the rated operating voltage to the reactor in a short period of time. It can check the safety of insulation materials in case of overvoltage.

We use a smart resistor cabinet to generate harmonic wave, which allows us to simulate harmonic wave on site. With the use of an integrated test bench and a FLUKE measuring instrument, we can test the actual effect of harmonic control as well as the reactive power compensation effect.

SVG or static var generator pertains to a parallel connection type reactive power compensation device, which directs the development of the power electronics at the present stage. The reactive power compensation regulator is a type of zero-cross trigger with functions such as temperature control, over-temperature protection etc. It operates with fan, capacitor switch, silicon controlled rectifier and our in-house developed control board.
